Internship Programme 8 WEEKS MBA/MASTERS STUDENTS

YOUR JOURNEY:
In order to equip our interns with the purpose, direction and values of the organisation, we conduct a short induction programme for all incumbents. You will be a part of in-depth 2-day sessions that are conducted by our Leadership team, which will give you an idea on our business, the way we work and take you through some key concepts.
EVALUATION:
Your internship project will form the basis of your evaluation. In addition, your ability to demonstrate our values and align with our culture will be factored into the overall evaluation. At the end of your term, you would make a presentation to a panel of evaluators consisting of our key decision makers. Pre-placement offers are made to Interns that demonstrate the right traits and showcase high potential for future development.

To help you start your journey with us on a firm-footing, we conduct a structured induction session to introduce you to the organisation and its values. All new analysts are assigned ‘Buddies’ to help them navigate their initial days at NIIF.

As a growing organisation, we are deeply committed to your learning journey with the firm. In addition to a robust training programme covering technical ability as well as soft skills, we also have an effectual Mentorship programme. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best investors, platform companies and investment opportunities. You will also have an opportunity to contribute directly to investment outcomes with continuous guidance and support from the team.
